FreshStartD.L.B. Executive Director Billy Hayes and the FreshStartD.L.B. family donated two pair of boxing gloves to Restoring the Path Boxing program Billy Hayes went  a few rounds with one of the youth, Billy Hayes got knock down in the first ROUND.

to provide Mentoring and Transportation for the youth and supportive services to assist this youth program in the Englewood Area.

Restoring the Path meet the youth where they are, not where society think they should be, their program teach Education, Academic and then sports, the Boxing program will teach them discipline, Sportsmanship and what it feel like to belong to a team and not a (GANG)

Sally Hazelgrove Founder / CEO of Restoring the Path Program is showing the WORLD that something good can come out of Englewood and any other communities if the parents first, than others would at least come out and support thier own kids and young adults. The boxing team had their first matches, September 10, 2009 count the trophies, these kids and young adults, have to deal with the GANGS IN THE HOOD and going to school. I Billy Hayes the Executive Director of FreshStartD.L.B. double dare you to start supporting this program with equipement, financial support ,so they can put gas in the vans to take them  to fights  every week and most of all they need a Building so they can train and have other supportive services for the youth and young adults I DOUBLE DARE YOU. Legends of Sports Support Inner- City Youth Boxing Program Restoring The Path

Former Chicago Bear Donnell Woolford; NBA Hall of Fame Sam Jones; former heavyweight boxing champion, James " Bonecrusher" Smith and Sports Inside and Out BlogTalk Radio Host, " Coach" Chuck Hatcher announce the partnership between the Legends of Sports and "Restoring the Path", a boxing entrepreneurship program founded by Sally Hazelgrove designed to deter youth from joining gangs and to provide a support a support system to keep them on the right path to a bright and promising future.The program has mentored hundreds of youth particularly in the Englewood and West Englewood areas of the city. "Restoring the Path" has been heralded for encouraging youth to stay in school while teaching a variety of like skills utilzing a business model. The mission of " Restoring The Path " is to restore the path of youth engaging in negative behavior patterns such as gang activities and affiliation and to promote positive life skills through interventions, mentoring, Love and boxing.

Sports Inside and Out Legends of Sports, Champions4Champions, along with their national sponsor The United States Army ( Career A wareness Initiative ) are partnering to promote Restoring the Path.
